I think I love my body

It just might be Oing on its own. And before CD 30. I can't freaking believe it. I'm obviously quite excited about it. I've got crazy EWCM that I happen to be quite proud of it. I just started getting O pains this evening, so I *really* hope I get a Peak on my CBEFM tomorrow or Saturday. After that it'll stop asking for sticks...but I am backing up with OPKs.

That is all. carry on.

I'm back

Hello everyone, I've been MIA for a week now and am finally getting back to updating the old blog. My mom, sister, and dad were here visiting us; mom and sis for 9 days and dad for just the weekend. We just came back from the airport and the house is so empty. Its always so hard to get left behind. They filled the house with so much laughter and goofiness. It makes it extra sad when you come back home and realize they're not here and not only that....but you won't see them for another 3-4 months. For those of you that don't know, I am *extremely* close with my parents and sister, especially so with my mom. My mom and I talk everyday. I miss her so much everyday. I am an extremely fortunate person. I have ideal parents. I really do. I thank God everyday for giving them to me and can only hope that I can be as good of a parent as they have been to me. They have always been selfless and everything that they've ever done has always been for my sister and me. We are both so so lucky to have them.

Its in moments like these, when I can still smell my mom's perfume lingering in the air that I get teary-eyed knowing that I won't see her for a while. Knowing that I can't just drive to their house to see all 3 of them (they live in CA) makes me so unbelievably sad that I feel like I could spend the rest of the night mourning their departure. But anyways, me sulking won't make their plane turn back around, so its kinda pointless....

My mom did a fantastic job of decorating and painting. I'll upload pics as soon as I can.

On the TTC front, I am still waiting to O, which is not shocking. Chris starting taking Letrozole/Femara. After some hormonal b/w, prompted by his 2 low count SAs, we have discovered that Chris has low-ish testosterone and high estrogen. He'll be on Letrozole for 30 days and then will have his b/w rechecked to see if the imbalance has been repaired. We also have our re-consult on 10/01.

I think thats it for now. Oh, and did I mention that I gained about 5 lbs this past week. That brings me to a total of about 10-12 lbs gained in the past 3 months. Diet bootcamp starts promptly tomorrow. I need to look fabulous for a wedding that my pregnant SIL is attending, and I have a little over a month to do it.

SA update

Its funny how all my recent posts end up having "update" in the title...

Anywhooo...the RE called us on Friday to let us know that the SA concentration is still a little lower than where they'd like them to be. The 1st SA was about 10 million and the 2nd was around 15 million. All other elements (morph, motility) are normal. Chris goes in for b/w on Wednesday to see if there isn't anything hormonal causing the low count. They are pretty optimistic about trying to fix the problem, so hopefully it is fixable. Chris is under an extreme amount of stress at work every day so I can't imagine that the stress helps at all. I am trying to get him to regularly take a multivitamin and start eating better. He is a junk food king and probably gets zero nutrients from his food.

We have our re-consult on October 1st to go over our evaluations. All my b/w has come in and I have googled all the normal ranges for the tests that were done (my results are all online) and I think I may be a borderline hypothyroid, but when I spoke with a nurse about my results she said they were all normal. Nevertheless, I'll get details on the 1st and will call in the meantime if I can't wait till then.

RE update

DH's needs to do another SA. His concentration came back low/abnormal, otherwise, all other factors are normal. I have a HSG scheduled for Wednesday and then right after the 2nd SA we'll be sitting down with the RE for a re-consult. Thus far, all my b/w has come back as normal.
I'll post with any new updates :) Thank you for your continuing support.
