Our trip to Aruba came and went and we are back in Chicago for the frigid weather until Christmas (when we jetset to the OC for Big Fat Croatian Christmas....sequel to BF's Big Fat Iranian Thanksgiving).
We were in Aruba for 7 days and we actually ended up getting a little bored by the 5th day...to the point that we discovered that we have 40 nicknames for Leo...no wonder his Royal Bossiness doesn't answer to his given name! This picture with the Yellow Land Rover is the start of our Jeep Safari that we took. It was the highlight of our trip. I recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba. The island is very diverse in its scenery. Some parts looked like African wilderness, while others looked like typical miles of beach that you see from it's Caribbean counterparts.
